In this program, local businesses (Advertisers) upload their promotions to JUMP-START Portland™ website. Realtors® then give their clients "controlled" access to these promotions through a password-protected portal on their website. Clients can search the portal for a type of promotion, view it, then print it. All printed promotions are branded with the Realtor®'s contact information.
